overview

EasySend is a leading no-code digital journey platform that empowers enterprises in the insurance, banking, and finance sectors to digitize manual, paper-based processes. The project involved the creation and execution of multiple marketing campaigns over a six-month period, focusing on their suite of products including Journeys, DynamicDoc, and EasySign.

The core strategy utilized a mix of static and video ads across professional channels to communicate the value of "limitless self-service" and accelerated digital transformation.

The Challenges
The Challenges

The primary challenge was to distill the sophisticated technical value of "no-code digital journeys" into digestible, action-oriented creatives for conservative, highly regulated industries.

The design team had to create visual metaphors that differentiated EasySend from simple form-builders, emphasizing its ability to integrate with core systems like Salesforce and its enterprise-grade security (SOC 2 Type II, GDPR). Furthermore, the campaigns had to maintain high engagement in a competitive B2B SaaS landscape where the average cost-per-lead is high and decision cycles are long.

the Result

The six-month campaign initiative significantly amplified EasySend's presence within the InsurTech and Fintech ecosystems. The combination of high-impact video ads - ideal for storytelling and demos - and "scroll-stopping" static graphics resulted in robust engagement metrics that outperformed B2B benchmarks. T

he strategic ad architecture contributed to a measurable increase in lead volume and supported EasySend’s ongoing growth.
