Faropoint is a vertically integrated, tech-enabled industrial real estate investment manager specializing in the last-mile urban warehouse market. Over a three-year partnership, the project focused on a complete re-design of their proprietary platforms, FarOS and REXY, to facilitate rapid deal sourcing and underwriting. FarOS aggregates a national network of over 400 brokerages to provide visibility into $40 billion in annual deal flow, while REXY utilizes AI to identify pricing anomalies and deliver proprietary rent estimates.
A critical component of this transformation was the creation of a robust design system that standardized best practices across the organization, significantly improving the workflow and communication between design and development teams. This efforts culminated in the rebranding of their website, social media, and the successful shipment of a mobile version of the platform.








The industrial real estate sector is historically characterized by fragmented data and slow-moving manual processes. Faropoint’s primary challenge was to scale its investment operations without sacrificing the rigor of its underwriting. The existing workflow needed to be modernized to handle high volumes of deal flow - only about 2% of sourced opportunities actually convert to acquisitions.
Designing a platform that could maintain this selectivity while increasing speed required a deep understanding of the "user journey" for market officers in the field. The transition to a mobile version was particularly challenging, as it required distilling complex underwriting data and multi-market intelligence into a high-performance mobile interface that could support real-time decision-making.

The digital transformation of Faropoint has established it as a visionary in the PropTech space. The new design system and mobile platform have enabled market officers to navigate fragmented opportunities with unprecedented efficiency, leading to a highly selective and high-quality portfolio. Faropoint’s visual style now emphasizes a modern, institutional "urban logistics" theme, utilizing dark backgrounds and glowing accents to reflect its tech-forward identity.
The company’s successful acquisition of significant properties, such as those in Austin and New Jersey, is a direct result of its ability to outpace competitors through its proprietary tech stack. These efforts have been recognized in the industry, with Faropoint leaders frequently cited as visionaries in the evolution of commercial real estate.
