Medāna is a Real-World AI Medicine company that provides a foundational layer for intelligent, risk-based healthcare. In a rapid four-month timeline, the project encompassed a total redesign of their website, product (desktop platform), the development of a comprehensive app concept for clinical clients, and a full rebranding of their digital presence. Medāna'a platform acts as a connective intelligence layer, unifying electronic medical records (EMRs), multi-modal data, and genomics into a single clinical stream. The design objective was to translate the "AI promise" into actionable clinical reality, identifying the "next best action" for patients in real-time. This involved creating population management tools with visual reports that allow clinicians to detect care gaps and early signals without requiring a dedicated business intelligence team.

The healthcare sector presents unique challenges for product design, requiring a high degree of trust, safety, and regulatory compliance. Medāna’s platform deals with highly sensitive patient data and complex clinical workflows; the design had to be both sophisticated and sober. The primary challenge was the speed of delivery - four months to ship a full redesign, app concept, and rebrand. This required an agile approach to development that could handle the integration of large language models (LLMs) and agentic architectures. Furthermore, the platform had to be "data-agnostic," meaning it needed to look and function perfectly regardless of the underlying EMR or genomics data sources being used.

The successful transformation of Medāna has resulted in a professional, institutional identity that reflects its leadership in AI-driven medicine. The new platform design and app concept have facilitated deeper partnerships with global healthcare leaders such as Maccabi, AWS, and Quest. By providing real-time risk scores that evolve with every patient interaction, Medāna has enabled healthcare organizations to move from reactive treatments to proactive, personalized interventions. The rebranding effort has been featured in major publications like Forbes and Executive Digest, solidifying Medāna’s authority in the $44 billion global cloud security and AI medicine market.

During the redesign the studio incorporated more than 25 Lottie animations to achieve high-end looking results, while rendering quickly on any browser.
